Business was good for Chill Out, Inc, an Indianapolis-based business that rents out ice cream, pretzel, and lemonade carts (complete with ice cream, pretzels, and lemonade!). In fact, business was so good that the owners, Sissy and Joe, found themselves almost ridiculously busy on event days. As customers called in last minute questions, volunteers got lost on the way to events, and paperwork flew back and forth through fax machines, Joe and Sissy realized that there must be a solution.
